Located on the shore of Lake Tahoe in Incline Village, Nevada, Crystal Shores transforms two adjoining residential units into a single expansive luxury residence. Although the project was constrained by the existing exterior form, the interior presented an opportunity to completely reimagine the home as a sophisticated lakeside retreat.

The design is driven by openness, continuity, and an elevated sense of livability, creating spaces that feel both expansive and intimately connected to the waterfront setting. Highlighted by a massive 35 foot Bi-parting sliding glass wall that opens the entire lake elevation to the outdoors. Through the careful integration of the two units, the project establishes a cohesive interior environment that is creative, refined, and highly tailored to modern lakefront living. The result is a dramatic transformation of the original structure into a residence defined by light, luxury, and blurring the boundary between the interior and the lake.
